Shipping policy

-Payment processing is usually instantaneous. However, depending on your bank, it may take a few business days if PayPal doesn't automatically approve your charge. This happens when your bank requests more information to ensure a secure payment. PayPal collaborates with banking institutions to comply with all security measures they may require, ensuring the protection of their customers when shopping online.

-We ship to any country covered by major shipping services. You can check shipping costs during checkout. If your country isn't listed, please request a personalized quote by emailing ventas@tikal.com.mx. Please note that due to the delicate nature and sometimes large volume of items, international shipping may be expensive.

-Once you have your shopping cart ready, select the "Go to checkout" option. There, we will provide you with detailed information about the shipping cost, depending on the option chosen (local, national, or international) and the total weight of the selected items. Shipping costs will be quoted through shipping companies.

-It is essential that you include the complete and correct address where you wish your order to be shipped.- Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be canceled.

**On-Time Shipping Guarantee**

-**Local Orders:** If you place your purchase Monday through Friday before 6:00 PM and your destination address is in San Pedro Garza García or the Monterrey metropolitan area, you will receive your order the next business day. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you to reschedule the shipment-

-**Domestic Orders:** Generally, domestic orders take between 4 and 7 business days from the time the order is placed until you receive it at your home.- **International Orders:

-** International shipments typically take 12 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on the country you are in and the customs inspection process. Please note that customs clearance times are beyond our control.

-As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with complete order details. Once your payment is complete and confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.

-When your shipment is on its way, we will immediately send you another email to notify you, including a tracking number so you can track the delivery of your order.

-It is important that the shipping option selected matches the destination address you provided. If you make an incorrect choice, we will inform you by email so you can make the correction. If necessary, you will be informed of any additional costs.

-For orders delivered to a store or via local home delivery, the name and signature of the recipient will be requested as proof that the merchandise was delivered in perfect condition. For national or international shipments, the courier company will be responsible for collecting the corresponding information.

-Your order will be packaged with the utmost care. For shipments that require the use of a courier company, your pieces will be protected with appropriate packaging to ensure they are not damaged. You can trust our over 40 years of experience packaging unique, delicate, and valuable pieces.

-If you do not receive your invoice in the provided email within 3 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
