How long does it take to process payment?
Payment processing is usually instantaneous. However, depending on your bank, the process may take a couple of business days if the charge approval through PayPal does not occur automatically.
The reason the payment takes longer to be validated is that your banking institution decides to request more information for a secure payment. PayPal cooperates with banks to satisfy all the security measures that they can suggest to their customers so that they are protected when buying online.

Unfortunately, customers are not able to cancel orders through the website. If you need to cancel an order or make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by calling +52 81 8335 1740 or whatsapp +52 81 2935 5007, or by emailing ventas@tikal.com.mx and provide us with your order number and the email address used in your order so we can make any changes before your order has been shipped.
If it has already been sent or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

You can return any product that you have changed your mind about after seeing it at home; we will give you a credit in the store to exchange it for any other available product that you wish. We understand that sometimes the decoration can only be judged until it is in the space for which you were planning it; unfortunately in no case will we be able to refund your money, or packaging or shipping costs.

All our prices are expressed in Mexican pesos. However, you can pay with any card using the currency of your country; our system will indicate the exact conversion of the amount in Mexican pesos to your local currency when you complete the secure purchase through PayPal.

Yes, most items on our website can be placed on layaway. Please contact us at ventas@tikal.com.mx or through our contact forms so we can assist you with your request.
Please note that we require a 30% deposit to reserve a piece.

If you need an invoice for your purchase, you can request it through the email ventas@tikal.com.mx, and if you live in Mexico, provide your order number and your complete tax information: name or company name, RFC, complete tax address, use of the CFDi and email.
If you do not receive your invoice in the email provided within 3 business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
