Shipping policy


  • Payment processing is usually instantaneous. However, depending on your bank, it may take a few business days if the charge approval through PayPal is not done automatically. This occurs when your bank requests more information to ensure a secure payment. PayPal collaborates with banking institutions to comply with all the security measures they may require, ensuring the protection of its customers when purchasing online.


  • We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Due to the current health contingency, we offer you new shipping options: a) shipments within the San Pedro Garza García area, b) shipments to the Monterrey metropolitan area, and c) national and international shipments.


  • Delay in payment validation may occur if your bank requests additional information to ensure a secure payment. PayPal collaborates with banking institutions to comply with all the security measures they may require, ensuring the protection of its customers when making online purchases.


  • We ship to any country where the main parcel services have coverage. You can check the shipping cost when checking out. If your country does not appear on our list, request a personalized quote by writing to ventas@tikal.com.mx. Please note that due to the delicate nature and sometimes volume of pieces, international shipping may be expensive.


  • Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.


**On-Time Shipping Guarantee**

- **Local Orders:** If you make your purchase from Monday to Friday before 6:00 p.m. and your destination address is in San Pedro Garza García or in the metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey, you will receive your order the next business day . If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you to reschedule shipping.

  

**Domestic Orders:** Domestic orders generally take between 4 and 7 business days from the time the order is placed until you receive it in your home.


**International Orders:** International shipments usually take 12 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on the country you are in and the customs inspection process. Please note that customs processing times are beyond our control.

Once you have your shopping cart ready, select the “Go to payment page” option. There we will provide you with detailed information about the shipping cost, depending on the option chosen (local, national or international) and the total weight of the selected products.

 

**National or international shipping:** We can send your orders to any part of the Mexican Republic or to other countries. Shipping costs will be quoted through parcel companies and will be informed to you at the time of making your purchase, depending on the total weight of the order.


It is essential that you include the complete and correct address to which you wish your order to be sent.


As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order. Once your payment is completed and confirmed, we will proceed with shipping your order.


When your shipment is on its way, we will immediately send you another email to notify you, including a tracking number so you can track the delivery of your order.


Please note that a 30% advance payment is required to reserve a piece.


In order for us to make your delivery, it is important that the shipping option selected corresponds to the destination address you provided. If you choose incorrectly, we will inform you by email so you can make the correction. If necessary, the corresponding additional costs will be indicated to you.


If you do not receive your invoice in the email provided within 3 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

For orders delivered in store or by local home delivery, the name and signature of the person receiving will be requested as proof that the merchandise was delivered in perfect condition. For national or international shipments, the parcel company will be responsible for collecting the corresponding information.


Your order will be packaged with the utmost care. For shipments that require the use of a shipping company, your pieces will be protected with appropriate packaging to ensure they do not suffer any damage.
